The X11R4 version of xload has a number of ifdef's using the
symbol "mips" which do not apply to the mips hardware.  Specifically,
it assumes that any machine that defines "mips" has <sys/fixpoint.h>
and uses that style of load averages.

Can any of the MIPS/DEC/SGI/Stardent/Pyramid/etc. folks suggest the
"correct" ifdef to use?

For the time being, I've changed mine to "umips", but I know this
isn't complete.
